We hope you're pleased with your purchase from SilverWood Books, but we understand there are sometimes occasions when you change your mind.
If our books have not been in your possession for more than 10 days we are happy to refund or exchange, provided books are returned undamaged and as sold using the original packaging. If it is not possible to use the original packaging, please ensure that books are sufficiently packaged and cushioned to provide protection.
You are expected to pay return carriage costs and for the return of high value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
